Founded in 2011, Southern Choice Properties is a locally owned and operated property management company serving property owners, real estate investors, and residents throughout Northwest Florida and South Alabama.

Our founder entered the real estate industry in 2005 and established Southern Choice Properties on a foundation of relationships, clear communication, leadership, and integrity. Brandy Brown
Broker | Owner
Brandy Brown is the Broker and Owner of Southern Choice Properties, bringing more than 21 years of real estate experience and a passion for helping people make the most of their investments. She began her career in 2005 and founded Southern Choice Properties in 2011 with a simple belief: real estate done right changes lives.
With experience in residential sales, investment properties, and property management, Brandy understands the entire life cycle of real estate ownership. Today, she leads the company with a focus on strategic growth, regulatory compliance, risk management, and protecting the long-term value of the properties entrusted to her team.
Her commitment to the profession extends beyond her brokerage. Brandy has served in leadership roles at the local, state, and national levels, including as a Director for Florida Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She is also a graduate of the Florida Realtors Leadership Academy.
Grounded in her Christian faith, Brandy believes leadership is an opportunity to serve, integrity is nonnegotiable, and stewardship means caring for what others have worked hard to build.
For Brandy, real estate has never been just about property. It's about people, relationships, and doing the right thing, even when no one is watching.
Steve Brown
Director of Property Management
Steve Brown serves as Director of Property Management at Southern Choice Properties, bringing 13 years of real estate sales experience, more than a decade of property management experience, and the firsthand perspective of owning rental properties himself.
Steve understands that successful property management requires more than responding to maintenance requests or collecting rent. It means protecting an owner's investment, controlling unnecessary expenses, addressing concerns before they become larger problems, and maintaining properties with their long-term value in mind.
With a practical, hands-on approach, Steve oversees property management operations, coordinates inspections and maintenance, works with vendors, and supports the team in keeping properties operating efficiently. His background in real estate sales also provides valuable insight into property values, marketability, and investment decisions.
Steve believes in common sense, accountability, and following through. He knows owners aren't simply looking for someone to manage a property. They're looking for someone they can trust to take care of it.
His focus is on getting the details right, protecting what matters, and giving owners confidence that their investments are in capable hands.
Nikki Galloway
Licensed Real Estate Agent | Property Management Coordinator
For Nikki Galloway, Northwest Florida isn't just where she works. It's home. Born and raised in Walton County, Nikki brings more than seven years of real estate experience, strong local knowledge, and a genuine appreciation for the communities and people Southern Choice Properties serves.
Nikki understands that successful property management is built on relationships, communication, and consistency. Whether assisting property owners, coordinating maintenance, communicating with residents, or helping manage daily responsibilities, she takes pride in being approachable, dependable, and attentive to the details.
Her experience has taught her that every rental property represents an owner's investment and every resident deserves to feel respected and informed. She believes taking care of both is essential to building trust and creating a positive rental experience.
With deep roots in Walton County and a personal connection to Northwest Florida, Nikki brings more than market knowledge to her work. She brings a sincere commitment to the people who call this area home.

Jewl Bagley

Jewl Bagley is a full-time Property Manager and Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate with Southern Choice Properties. She takes pride in helping property owners protect their investments while making rental ownership simpler, more organized, and less stressful.
With a hands-on approach, Jewl stays involved throughout the rental process, from preparing properties for the market and coordinating leasing to managing maintenance, conducting property evaluations, and overseeing lease responsibilities. She understands that successful property management requires attention to detail, consistency, and a willingness to address concerns before they become larger problems.
Communication and accountability are at the heart of her approach. Jewl believes owners deserve to know what's happening with their properties, residents should understand their responsibilities, and everyone benefits when expectations are clear.
