How Our Referral Program Works
- Make the introduction. Connect your client with our team or submit a referral.
- We handle management. From rental pricing and marketing to screening, leasing, rent collection, maintenance and reporting, we take care of the details.
- You earn $100. Receive a $100 referral fee once the property is leased, where permitted by law.
- Your client returns to you. When they're ready to sell, we refer them back to you. We support your business, not compete for it.
