Southern Choice, and more specifically Jewel, has been AMAZING! I think it took about 4-5 months to get rented because we wanted to wait for the best residents, but it was completely worth the wait. The residents are phenomenal. They always pay on time and are taking great care of the place... after God, I attribute that to Jewels diligence and thoroughness. Jewel said that Southern Choice has never had to evict someone since they started (I think she said 8 years ago). Would recommend Jewel 10 out of 10 to anyone. It is a huge relief knowing someone reliable is dedicated to making sure everything is routinely inspected and the rental process runs smoothly. It makes owning a rental home enjoyable and stress free.
