Niceville Property Management

In Niceville, a home is more than four walls. It's where families put down roots, military families find a place to land, and memories are made.

But when PCS orders arrive or life takes you elsewhere, what happens to the home you've worked so hard for?

At Southern Choice Properties, we help Niceville homeowners protect what they've built without managing every detail themselves.

Questions About Your Rental?

Let's Talk About Your Goals.

Whether you're relocating from Eglin Air Force Base, keeping your family home, or growing a rental portfolio, our 20+ years of real estate experience can help you:

• Set competitive long-term rental rates.
• Reduce vacancy and protect rental income.
• Plan for maintenance and leasing costs.
• Manage your property from miles away.

Self-Managing Your Rental?

You've Got Enough on Your Plate.

Between PCS moves, deployments, and everyday responsibilities, the last thing you need is a maintenance call from three states away.

Our team at Southern Choice Properties handles marketing, resident screening, leasing, rent collection, inspections, maintenance, and financial reporting.

You handle where life takes you next. We'll care for what you've built here.
